general information:

The GourmetThermometer set includes a waterproof measuring device and two temperature probes. They are supplied inside a case. One of the probes is not equipped with a cable, has a diameter of 1.5 mm and is suitable for direct core temperature measurements for in-between. The other probe is a cable probe with a diameter of 3 mm and is heat-resistant up to +400°C. This one can directly remain in the oven or smoker.

Lightning speed for high-precision preparation

Every measurement is an intervention in the work process. With the
GourmetThermometer, this intervention is minimal and lightning-quick. The thermometer displays precise temperatures of up to +250°C within seconds. With an accuracy of ±0.1°C, it is the fastest and most accurate measuring device in gastronomy.

The thermometer measures 1.5 mm in diameter. That means a minimal incision in the product so that practically none of the liquid is lost. You also save valuable time during the hot phase of the food preparation and minimise temperature loss when opening the oven or grill due to a measurement time of less than a second.

Robust: quick measurement and cleaning

The Gourmet thermometer is protected from spray water, measures quickly and reliably and can be cleaned and prepared for its next use just as quickly and easily. With a battery life of around 5,000 hours, you can simply leave the temperature probe set on standby without having to insert new batteries.
